I want to cry . . . .

So me and Cristin need a new kitchen table....once a month in Nashville, the big flea market comes around, so we were thinking that we could find a cheap but really cool looking one there that we could use for the first little bit after we are married. So saturday we woke up early and headed downtown to find our dream table. Well, after about an hour and a half passed of walking around in the hot sun with no luck, we decided to go to one of the indoor booths that had dogs in them. As soon as we stepped in, this cage with 2 english bulldog puppys caught my eye. Me and cris immediately headed for it as we saw the puppy of our dreams! A female, 6 week old, brindeled, english bulldog! We were falling over each other trying to get her out of her cage. Not only was she the coolest looking puppy in the world, she just so happened to be the sweetest thing ever! She LOVED cristin and wouldn't stop snuggeling with her. She was so adorable, no one will ever be able to understand how perfect she was! She was going for $1,000 bucks, which believe it or not for this breed and those markings it was a steal!! Anyway, after talking to the owner for about 45 min, making a few phone calls, and talking with cristin, we went back and fourth over and over trying to decide if we should get her or not! Everything in the world, for right now in our lives, being long distance for the next 6 months, the expense of having a puppy, but mainly the inconvinence of it all as we are traveling and going 90 to nothing ALL the time - all signs pointed to NO! but one thing we couldnt get over is just how attached and obsessed we became with this perfect dog in a matter of minutes. It was insaine how close we came to actually getting her. But we regretfully put her back and decided that now was not the time. However, we will always know that whoever she is with, she really does belong to me and cristin. I know many of you probably think we are insaine, but good gosh it was like the perfect dog. It was so sad when we put her back in there, in this huge crowd of everyone drolling over her, she kept her eyes on us. Then she gave out a loud wimper and held up her paw like begging us! It made me want to cry! Everyone around us was laughing! I basically had to drag Cristin out of there. And from that point on, for the rest of the weekend, we were depressed! We went to maggie moo's and took out our depression on a large choclate decidence. (no, not like the one from cold stone, this is a little creation me and cristin invinted ourselves) Uhhhh!! hahaha Uhhh.....Anyway, we ended up going registering at Peir 1, and added a couple of things at Bed Bath and Beyond, so alot was accomplished this weekend. We went shopping at some nice furniture stores and ended up finding us a really sweet 'pub' kitchen table thats really nice, and found an awesome rug that me and cristin both are in love with! Both big expenses but are fun and necissary for mine and cristins new home! We are so excited!!
