The Honeymoon

The Honeymoon. Yes, this is the thing I am most excited about. Life is crazy right now, but in a little over 4 months Cristin and I will be newlyweds and off to paradise for 6 nights we will go! I almost can’t even let myself think about it, because I just end up getting so excited, and nope still have to get to March 4th….will it ever get here? Actually, it’s been poking along for so long now, and I think believe it or not, things are starting to pick up. It’s October, which means it’s Cris’ b’day on the 28th, then November is here with all kinds of showers and plus 44 concerts (haha) and thanksgiving. We have something planned every single weekend till the wedding basically, and then Christmas and New Years and then my birthday, and a bunch of showers and not to mention the weekends non-stop packed, filled with planning and meetings/appointments getting things together and finalized and making the big wedding plans, plus I will be finishing school, (dude I have a 3.8 GPA right now haha just had to throw that in), work, moving to TN, job hunting, taking care of little things, uhhhh….ok I’m going to stop there cuz I’m getting overwhelmed. Anywho, life is crazy but whatever happens me and cris are very excited about going to the adventura spa palace resort. The honeymoon will be so amazing just to be able to be together and relax and just spend time with each other. Cuz I’m sure our actually wedding day will just be crazy. I get to spend a whole week with my wife! haha still crazy to think about. That's so exciting! Anyway, back to the place, we kept going back and fourth and couldn’t decide between all these exotic places, so we ended up going and talking to 3 different travel agents in 3 different citys and they all pointed us to adventura, when we described to them what we wanted. It’s an all inclusive, top spa rated resort in the world, located in the Myan Rivera. S/p? Anyway all inclusive means all the food we can eat, as much as we want, anytime, anywhere….me and cris are most excited about this. 1 in the morning we want room service and want to sample one of every desert they have. No problem! When they told us this….we said book it. It’s located on a big long huge private part of the beach with nothing but this hotel around it. I think you have to drive about 15 min to get to civilization. There you can swim with dolphins, go horseback riding on the beach, SWIM WITH SEA TURTLES!!! (very excited about this), swim in underwater caves? Supposed to be cool don’t know how that works. rock climing, explore ancient ruins with all kinds of different tours, hiking, snorkeling, whatever one wishes to do really. It’s got like 7 or 8 restaurants and like 4 bars swim up bars, which we’ll be going for the hot wings and nachos, haha all kinds of stuff. Not to mention the spa. Which is ridiculous and so overwhelming cuz we don’t know what to pick? We got this video about it all and there is just so much to pick from. It’s all awesome Can someone just tickle my back? Anyways it’s awesome. We’ll get married, drive to Nashville the night of the wedding and check into the Opryland Hotel for the night, which I hear they do awesome stuff for honeymooners, and it’s such a special place to us, and then fly out around 9 in the morning the next day. I’m pretty pumped! I don’t know how much of that stuff we’ll actually do, but hey I just want to go lay out on the beach for about 6 days straight. Plus we have a jackoozie in the room. Too much info? Haha But they are supposed to be really cool rooms and excellent service.
